These images were created for the presentation of a new residential development in Prague.
The entire project was fully modeled based on 2D architectural drawings, while the surrounding context was reconstructed using references from Google Maps Street View.

In addition to exterior and interior visuals, a 4K video was produced using AI generation from static images. As of 2025, the final image quality cannot fully match a traditionally rendered 4K animation. However, the production speed is significantly higher and the overall cost is substantially lower. For early-stage presentations and marketing purposes, this approach represents an efficient and valuable alternative worth considering.
