These images were created for the presentation of a new residential development in Prague.
The entire project was fully modeled based on 2D architectural drawings, while the surrounding context was reconstructed using references from Google Maps Street View.

We created 4 exterior shots and 2 interior shots. In addition to the static visuals, a 4K video was also created from the static images using artificial intelligence. In 2025, the final video quality could not fully compare to traditionally rendered 4K animation, but now it can. The production speed is significantly faster and the overall cost is significantly lower. For early stage presentations and marketing purposes, this approach is an effective and valuable alternative worth considering.
